随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在企业人事信息管理中应用的普及,利用计算机实现企业人事信息管理势在必行。本文研究的主要内容是公司人事信息管理系统的分析和设计过程。在对公司情况进行了一系列的调查后,根据公司人事系统现状,确定了管理系统所要具备的功能。通过系统需求分析和可行性研究,基本确定了系统的各个功能模块。本系统主要由员工基本信息模块、考勤与加班模块、员工工资管理模块、人事变动模块、考核与奖惩模块和登录模块组成。
本系统开发采用的编程环境选用Visual Studio 2008,数据库选用Access 2000,并绘有系统数据流程图、功能模块图及E-R图,整个程序设计目标明确,有章可循,最后经过系统测试,功能基本完善。
