乙方承诺并出具保函，保证乙方所发货物为合同约定的标的物；如所发货物的规格和数量以及重量等与合同约定不符，则乙方保证在30天内负责更换完毕，并承担合同总价款的10%的违约金，如逾期进行更换，则每迟延一天支付甲方合同总价款的1%的违约金。逾期超出7天，甲方有权解除双方签订的HDZZ-002-01/02合同，乙方应当退还甲方已支付的全部货款并向甲方支付合同总价款1倍的违约金以及赔偿由此给甲方造成的全部损失

B promises and issues insurance policy to guarantee its delivery being the subject matter as signed in contract. B promised to exchange the shipment within 30 days and further to absorb the penal sum valued 10% of total contract amount if the specification, quantity and weight ect in the shipment are not identical with what described in contract. If the exchangement can't be made within 30 days, exceeded 1 day, more 1% penal sum; if 7 days exceeded, A has the right to terminate the signed contract HDZZ-002-01/02, B should return the full payment paid by A, pay B the penal sum which amounted to the contract acount and absorb all the losses cuased by B.
