第二十六条 发生第二十一条、第二十二条、第二十五条终止许可的情况，乙方必须自终止之日起停止使用标志。
第二十七条 当许可期满终止，如果乙方不再或未获准继续使用标志，乙方生产的商品不允许使用附有原认证产品编号的包装和物料。
第二十八条 许可期满后，如果获准继续使用标志并另行签订标志商标使用许可合同，乙方尚未用完的附有原认证产品编号的包装和物料，经向甲方书面申请并获得书面同意后，可延期使用，但最长不得超过六个月。
