摘 要

随着电子商务的发展,网上交易也越来越火爆,在我国,网上购物已经拥有了一部分固定消费群体,并且有相当大一部分人愿意尝试这种新型的购物方式。本文的研究目的是通过对中国网上商店的发展的历程、特点及出现的问题等进行分析,找出制约中国网上商店发展的因素,探讨适合我国网上商店发展的对策。通过研究发现目前我国网上商店发展前景广阔,但还存在网上购物的配套体系不完善、市场监督不力、商品质量难以保证、消费观念相对保守等问题。本文针对这些问题提出相关对策。

With the development of e-commerce, online trading has become increasingly popular in China, online shopping has a fixed part of the consumer groups, and there is a large portion of people are willing to try this new way of shopping. The purpose of this study is the online store through the development of China's history, characteristics and problems, such as an analysis of constraints to identify the development of China's online store factors into account the development of China's online store solutions.
