摘要 近年来,由于硫腐蚀而发生的炼油、储运设备泄露等事故频繁发生,给企业造成巨大的经济损失,分析事故原因发现,硫铁化物的自燃是引发爆炸的主要原因。
本文考察硫化产物的氧化放热反应活性的影响因素,从理论和实验结果分析硫铁化物氧化放热引发着火和爆炸事故的原因,从而提出防止油品储罐着火和爆炸的措施。
考察不同环境温度15℃,25℃,50℃,75℃条件下,铁的氧化物的硫化产物的氧化倾向性。对储罐中硫铁化物的形成和硫化产物的氧化引起油品燃烧的原理进行了理论分析,对硫铁化物氧化过程中温度的动态变化规律和影响硫铁化物氧化倾向性的因素进行系统而又深入的实验研究,结合石油加工和储运过程中的实际情况对氧化速度影响因素进行分析和讨论,绘制不同条件下硫化产物氧化升温曲线。从理论上解释由硫铁化物氧化放热而引发的火灾和爆炸事故的原因,并根据得到的实验数据和氧化升温曲线提出经济而有效的预防措施。

Abstract recent years, because the sulfur corrodes accidents and so on refinery which, storage and transport equipment revelation occurs to occur frequently, creates the huge economic loss to the enterprise, the analysis accident cause factor discovered that the iron pyrites spontaneous combustion is the primary cause which the initiation explodes. this article inspects the curing product the oxidized exothermic reaction active influencing factor, catches fire from the theory and the experimental result analysis iron pyrites oxidation exothermic initiation with explosion accident's reason, thus proposed that prevents the oil quality storage tank to catch fire with the detonation measure. inspects under the different ambient temperature 15℃,25℃,50℃,75℃ condition, hard oxide compound curing product oxidized tendentiousness. The iron pyrites formation and the curing product's oxidation caused the oil quality combustion principle to the storage tank to carry on the theoretical a
