（内容提要）
农村产业结构调整，促进了农村经济的发展，改变了农村单一的粮食生产，扩大了经营范围，也使农村劳动力发生了很大的变化，为乡镇企业和城市建设提供了劳动力。
农村劳动力的流动，是农村发展的必然趋势。产业结构的调整，既加快了农业的发展，又给农村增加了富余劳动力。乡镇企业是吸收农村劳动力的主要场所，它的兴衰也是劳动力流动的重要原因。由于农村富余劳动力常年从事农村生产，文化技术能力差，难以面对再就业问题，政府和有关部门要增加对农业的投入，引导农民学技术，使农业产业调整和劳动力的流动给农民带来更多的实惠。
