船公司规定：
D/O在船公司手里，可以更改B/L。
D/O在客户的手里，不可以更改B/L。

刚才上海船公司已经得到目的港去确认，客户已经用B/L换了D/O，不能再在上海更改B/L了。只有让曼谷一方去向目的港申请更改B/L，上海船公司只能协助。

D/O is in the ship company, so we can amend the B/L.
D/O is in the customer, so we couldn't amend the B/L

Shanghai ship company got the confirmation from the destination port that customer has exchange the B/L into D/O, so we couldn't amend the B/L in Shanghai. Only one way is to ask the ship company in Bangkok to apply amend the B/L to destination port by Shanghai's assistant.
