一，此款镜头09年5月21号来料86PCS，为补退货的镜头，在来料测试42PCS发现有38PCS不良，其不良为90.48%，具体情况如下：
1， IR转换后，镜头内部切换的滤光片能活动，不良为11PCS,占不良比例为26.19%。图片如下
2,IR转换不良：IR电机转换有响声，镜头内无反应（滤光片没有切换），不良为12PCS，占不良比例为28.57%。

3，IR无功能：测试电机及滤光片无反应无响声，不良为7PCS，占不良比例为16.67%
4，IR转换不稳定：测试IR转换第一次OK，第二次转换时存在以下不良，共8PCS，具体不良现象如下：
（1），IR电机转换有响声，镜头内无反应（滤光片没有切换）5PCS。
（2），IR无功能，电机与滤光片无反应无响声，3PCS。

二，针对以上不良现象在09年4月18日已发出过一份关于此不良的联络及图片，此批来料未改善，同样的不良现象仍然存在。

三，此批来料的86PCS全退回供应商，同时请采购速联系供应商分析原因，尽快解决问题为盼！
