随着汽车工业的发展,它已经成为许多发达国家的支柱产业。电子技术和现代控制理论的飞速发展引起现代汽车技术的革命性进步,从根本上改进汽车的安全性、舒适性、经济性。自动变速是汽车电子控制技术发展的重要方向之一。本论文着重研究汽车电控离合器执行机构的设计。文章开头简单介绍了自动离合器的发展现状,并且给出了一些基本的概述,接着比较了几种离合器执行机构设计方案的优缺点,最终确定蜗轮蜗杆传动的形式作为本文采用的传动形式,然后利用Matlab进行机构优化设计,通过对冲击度和响应时间的优化控制,确定了蜗轮蜗杆机构中的设计变量,接下来在Adams中进行建模,利用前面确定的参数 ,进行机构动力学模拟,最后把Adams中构建的模型输出到Matlab中与电机进行联合仿真。通过以上各项的研究,会对离合器执行机构的设计过程有一个深入的了解。
