本研究用米曲霉AS3.042对血粉进行发酵,并与传统蒸煮血粉在蛋白含量消化率、成本等方面上进行了比较,最后得出发酵血粉在营养含量上要优于传统蒸煮血粉,与传统饲料相比消化率也有明显提高,在替代鱼粉降低成本方面更加明显。并且所需设备简单,能耗较小,还能降低污染保护环境是值得我们大力开发的方向。
