线偏振光入射角与反射率关系及折射率的测定

【摘要】 介质的折射率通常由实验测定,有多种测量方法。本文从菲涅耳公式出发,推导出各向同性透明介质的线偏振光反射率与折射率的关系式,提出利用反射率曲线测定介质的折射率的新方法。通过实验测定线偏振光p分量和s分量反射率随入射角变化曲线,进而得出介质的折射率。结果表明,测出的样品折射率与理论值相接近,所采取的实验测定方案可行。
