在“建筑设计”部分中，首先确定建筑使用的材料及各细部构件做法，其次确定建筑的总体形状及室内空间布置，再次用天正CAD画出建筑方案图，通过指导老师的审查后用天正CAD绘出主要建筑施工图。
在“结构设计”部分中，根据建筑设计、工艺使用的要求，以及现场材料供应情况和施工能力、场地地质条件等，确定合理的结构方案和结构布置方案，然后选取一榀典型框架及其柱下基础进行设计计算。先明确其计算简图与各个计算参数；然后根据建筑做法确定其所受的恒载、活载和风荷载，在此基础上进行内力计算、侧移计算和内力组合,最后进行梁、柱、板、楼梯和基础的配筋计算。
楼板设计采用塑性理论计算方法；风荷载采用D值法计算；框架竖向荷载计算采用弯矩二次分配法。
在设计过程中，我们采用PKPM软件进行电算，将手算与电算的结果相互比较，以提高结构计算的准确性。最后用天正CAD对PKPM生成图修改得出结构施工图。
在设计过程中，我应用大学所学知识，努力做好每一步。虽然设计中有许多说尽的地方不尽如人意，但通过这次设计，我比昨天更进少一些。这次设计很有意义。
