摘 要
近年来，中美两国的贸易关系发展迅速，作为我国的第二大贸易伙伴，美国的这场次贷危机引发的金融动荡已经逐步蔓延到世界各地的多个领域，且呈不断扩散和深化的趋势，对世界经济和贸易产生了重大影响。在经济全球化一体化的当今世界，这次次贷危机必然也会直接或间接对中国对外贸易产生深远的影响。从目前情势看，次贷危机仍在进一步发展、蔓延，它对中国经济和对外贸易的影响还将持续。鉴于对外贸易对中国经济增长的重要性，本文就美国次贷危机对我国对外贸易的影响进行讨论并对如何面对进行了深入研究。本文首先分析了何为次贷危机及其产生原因及过程。接着重点从出口市场的国别结构和商品结构分析次贷危机对我国出口贸易的严重影响，以及次贷危机下美国贸易政策的改变，并从理论和实际上阐述了美国次贷危机影响我国对外贸易的原因，据此本文分别为国家政策的宏观调控和外贸企业提出相应措施予以应对次贷危机中的国际贸易形势。
