本文采用无皂乳液聚合结合sol-gel的方法合成了以PS为核、SiO2为壳或PS为核、CeO2为壳的复合微球。首先用无皂乳液制备了聚苯乙烯微球(PS),并以此为内核;再利用正硅乙酸乙酯(TEOS)在氨水催化条件下水解,形成带负电性的二氧化硅,或者利用六水亚硝酸铈、六亚甲基四胺(HMT)水溶液分解出带负电性的氧化铈,均匀的包覆到PS微球表面,形成核-壳结构的PS-CeO2和PS-SiO2复合微球。所制备的复合微球球形好、粒径均匀、单分散性好。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及热失重分析仪(TGA)对所得到的PS-SiO2和PS-CeO2核壳结构纳米复合微球进行表征。通过对所得到的PS-SiO2和PS-CeO2核-壳结构纳米复合微球进行表征及讨论研究,得到利用无皂乳液聚合法可以成功制备这两种有机-无机纳米复合微球的结论,并且包覆率较高、包覆效果良好,所制备纳米复合微球粒径均匀、基本上为250nm-300nm左右。
