以环己胺为模板剂,在水热体系中合成了ZSM-35分子筛沸石。通过使用不同的碱用量、不同的模板剂用量以及不同的铝源对合成ZSM-35分子筛进行可行性研究。用X 射线衍射(XRD)检测生成物分子的物象结晶度,通过对比ZSM-35分子筛的标准XRD图谱推测出相关的合成条件。用不同的酸处理方法对高硅ZSM-35分子筛进行脱铝改性,使分子筛的孔结构以及酸性发生改变。然后以浸渍法将钒氧化物负载到高硅ZSM-35分子筛上制成催化剂。用微型催化反应装置,结合UV-Vis紫外可见、H2-化学吸附和程序升温还原等物理化学手段研究了载体结构以及钒负载量对负载型V2O5/ZSM-35分子筛上丙烷脱氢反应性能的影响. 结果表明,负载型V2O5/ZSM-35催化剂对丙烷脱氢的催化性能与载体组成密切相关.其中钒氧化物的负载量为8%时显示出良好的丙烷转化率和较高的丙烯收率。
