国科精锐（北京）国际规划设计研究院（简称国科院）是集研究、开发、生产、为一体的综合性社会科学研究与咨询机构。
历 史
研究院拥有一支高职称、高学历、专业化、年轻化的研究咨询队伍，而且研究院现有各类高级专业技术职称人员近300人，硕士研究生以上学历70人，30多人获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，研究院还聘请一批院外的知名专家、学者为特邀研究员，并与国内外众多科研教育机构、各类企业和社会中介组织等建立了广泛的联系，开展多种形式的合作与交流。
在50多年的历程中，研究院为中国对外经济贸易事业的发展，特别是在对外贸易、国际经济合作的理论与政策研究、咨询和信息服务等方面，充分发挥积极作用，在国内外享有较高声誉。
近年来，研究院以建设“国内一流、国际知名的研究机构”为目标，与时俱进，开拓创新，成为中国经济、贸易领域功能齐全、实力雄厚、成果丰硕的权威科研机构之一。
宗 旨
本着“为政府决策服务，为地方经济服务，为企业发展服务”的理念，从事学术理论和方针政策研究，并注重应用研究。立足国内，面向世界，为国内外政府部门、企业、各类经济实体及组织机构提供调查研究、信息咨询和出版培训等方面的服务与合作。在促进我国社会主义市场经济建设，扩大改革开放和发展同世界各国之间经济贸易联系的事业中发挥更大的作用。

研究院利用雄厚的科研力量，为社会各界奉献丰富、精彩的思想成果。独立或与其他部门合作承担的一系列重大研究课题，以其较强的前瞻性和可操作性受到有关方面的肯定和好评。
