请教一个关于英文的翻译问题

个人观点：“建设四海，创世百年”这个句子在英语中是不成立的，我认为英文里没有这样的说法 >< 也或者是我中文不够好，我不能好好理解这句子的意思。大致给你翻译了！有错见谅呵。。。本人现居悉尼。
