upon completion of design party B shall not violate copyright law and other related rights for any reason in any form. if party B does, the party shall be responsible for all concenquences. party A shall not be hold responsbile.

When second party finish the design in this contract, it can not infringe others' copyright and the other legal rights; if it exists, the second party takes the responsibilty, which has no relations with first party.
