Reports were received by London Zoo that a wild puma had been spotted fourty-five miles south of London and the reports were similar in nature. A woman in a small village picking blackberries saw it first. The puma moved from place to place and it left behind it a trail of dead deer. Paw prints and puma fur were found as well.
Cat-like noises were heard at night and it was seen up a tree. Experts were now sure that the animal really was a puma.

A puma at large!

1)the reports were similar in nature.
2)A woman in a small village picking blackberries saw it first.
3)The puma moved from place to place and it left behind it a trail of dead deer.
4)Paw prints and puma fur were found as well. (原文是:Paw prints were seen in a number of places and puma fur was found clinging to bushes)无语法错误。
5)Cat-like noises were heard at night and it was seen up a tree. Experts were now sure that the animal really was a puma.(原文是:Several people complained of "cat-like noises' at night and a businessman on a fishing trip saw the puma up a tree. The experts were now fully convinced that the animal was a puma.)
