第二句是英语，我估计原来的写法是这样的The things you try hard to forget are already gone
你试着努力忘记的那些事其实已经远去了。

是英文，意思是你努力去忘记的事情其实已经消失了/已经过去了/已经不存在了

第二个句子是不是错了

但是我太年轻的以至于不能知道喜欢
