合同加盖企业合同章（或公章）；法人代表或企业委托代表签字同样生效。
双方如对以上条款有所修改，须经双方书面备忘的形式同意并盖章签字。
凡因执行本协议所发生的或与本协议有关的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如果协商不能解决则可向当地仲裁机构提出诉讼
本合同（含附件）一式二份，双方各持一份。

Contract and arbitration
