Referring to the decree made in this cause on the 1st day of June 2005 whereby it was decreed that the marriage solemnized on the 20th day of May 1997 at Fujian,The People's Republic of china.
be dissolved unless sufficient cause be shown to the court within 6weeks from the making thereof why the said decree should not be made absolute,and no such cause having been shown,it is hereby certified that the said decree was on the 23rd day of July 2005 made final and absolute and that the said marriage was thereby dissolved.

鉴于本案曾于2005年6月1日裁定，除非能在裁定之日起6周内向法庭提交足够的理由，说明该裁定不能成立，否则1997年5月20日在中华人民共和国福建缔结的婚姻解除，以及没有提交此类理由，特此证明上述裁定于2005年7月23日结案生效，上述婚姻解除。 出具日：2005年7月27日。
