summary: Uncertainty is the main character of this very times, while reform has been the basic modality of our lives. We must coutinue on studying to obtain the survival ability of continous modernization and to adapt the variable environment. A studying society that requires all the people study all things all their lives is initiated, which objectively need us to reform the present educational ideas in universities to adapt the inevitable develpment.
