【摘要】对于答疑系统的设计与开发，国内外学者进行了许多相关探讨，有针对中外的比较研究、有针对系统创建的技术考量……在笔者看来，这些基于热点的尝试是有益的，将有利于答疑系统的进一步发展。但经过调研和实践探索发现：以往的相关探讨过多倚重技术因素，忽视了对于答疑本身，特别是对于答疑的学习机制的探究。技术只是促成因素，教育的问题还需要基于教育的解决方式，在笔者看来，刘‘于答疑系统的探究仍需从其本质问题着手。
