I hope to study that, in order to realize one's own function, taking this organization for an example which is aiming to guarantee the farm workers' rights and benefits, the effective counter-measures a NPO is usually practicing under the environment of present policy system and culture in Mainland.

有很多:study是及物动词,这里肯定用错了;hope to do这样的句式不怎么用的,最好用从句形式;for an example典型的语病,应去掉an;example在后面的定语从句中的成分在意思上是不对的,即不能用说例子旨在提高农场工人的权益;a NPO应该是an NPO;另外，这整个主语都是有问题的,the effective counter-measures 和an NPO之间是什么关系?同位语还是修饰?;practise主语应该是人,这里应该改为被动式;the environment of present policy system是中国英语,相当累赘,建议改为the political environment
