the measuring instruments in this survey are built based on the research of Wang Du-qin, Cheng Xiao-tang and Luo Xiao-qian., the questionnaires (including 83 questions) can be divided into two parts. In the first part, 11 multi-selection questions related to teachers’ personal data are required to answer; in the second part, a 5-point Likert-type scale (including 72 questions) is designed, which comprises teachers’ attitudes toward new timetable schedules and its implement, textbooks, teaching evaluation system, teaching methods, students’ academic achievements, scientific research, refresher courses, and so on.
