A．信用证付款：买方必须开立保兑，不可撤消，可转让，以卖方为受益人，支付 货款的见单即付的信用证。该信用证必须在 年 月 日前开抵卖方，该信用证于上述装船期限后 天内在中国境内议付有效。信用证内容必须严格符合本合同的规定，否则修改信用证的费用由买方负担，同时卖方亦不负担因修改信用证而延误装运的责任。

应立即以电传或传真通知买方，如果买方提出要求，卖方应以挂号函件向买方提供由中国国际贸易促进会或有关机关所出具的证明，证明上述事故的存在。
12、异议索赔：
如果卖方不能在合同期限内把整批或一部分的货物装上船，除非人力不可抗拒原因或者取得买方同意而修改合同规定外，买方有权在合同装船期满30天后撤消未履行部分的合同。如果货到目的口岸后买方对数量/品质有异议，可以凭卖方同意的公证机构出具的检验报告，在货到目的口岸15/30天内向卖方提出索赔，卖方将根据实际情况考虑理赔或不理赔，一切损失凡由于自然原因或属于保险公司责任范围内者，卖方概不负赔偿责任。如
