打电话时，如果问May I speak to Linda?可以用Yes，you may 回答吗

不可以，因为Speaking 是固定用法，而其他的是用于不在打电话时用的

ya. you should better say. ok please wait.or hold on please. or wait for a whiled.yes you may is not very good to be used there.

一般不这么回答，如果Linda在的话用"Yes,wait a monment.""Hold on ,please."或者"Just a minute."之类。
那就用“ speaking”吧

英文里就更不会用到

不会用到 you may 或者 speaking, 这是Chinglish!

如果接电话的是Linda 本人，她会回答说： Yes, This is Linda's speaking.

如果不是Linda 本人接电话， 而Linda 本人在的时候，应该说，hold on please, I will get her answer the call.

如果linda 当时不在， 就需要说： Oh, Linda is not in at the moment, would you like to leave a message for her?

可以用certainly，来回答
