本文通过对我国电子商务发展及现状分析，得出目前，我国的电子商务方面，潜在消费者的发展速度惊人，但尚有许多不足之处的结论。再结合我国家电行业电子商务现状对比国美家电的电子商务运营模式，提出对国美电器今后发展的建议。并对国美家电销售电子商务进行前景分析，最后终结出虽然还存在不足之处，但对国美电器今后的发展表示乐观，并且预示着国美电子商务的发展将推动电子商务行业细分化发展趋势的形成。

摘 要
我国电子商务正以前所未有的速度发展，本文对我国电子商务现状与家电行业电子商务现状进行分析，着重对国美电器的电子商务运营模式与电子商务系统分析。其电子商务运营模式主要分析：购物模式与支付模式，其电子商务系统主要分析：系统、网络平台与在线支付。对于国美电子商务提出建议：采用电话直销等新型销售模式、建立搜索引擎、构建BforC新模式。最后论述关于国美电子商务前景及其未来发展方向。

Based on analysis of the present situation and development of China electronic commerce,the paper draws the conclusions that the development of potential consumers is at a surprising rate in terms of China e-commerce at the present, but there still exist many deficiencies. Combined with the present situation of chinese household electrical appliance industry and compared with the e-commerce business model of GoMe, it presents constructive proposals for the future development of GoMe, analyses the prospects of GoMe electric appliance sales as well.Finally, although there are several deficiencies,it is still optimistic for the future development of GoMe,the paper also indicates that the e-commerce development of GoMe will promote the formation towards subdivisible development of e-commerce industry.
