1、2.1 Any organisation, with no less than 50 members and a history of no less than one year, can become a member of X, on the condition that it agrees to comply with this constitution. An organisation which does not satisfy the conditions set above, or a individuals , if it/he/she agrees to comply with this constitution and wish to join X, can become a member of X only if it/he/she is invited to join by the executive committee of X.
