会计软件是会计信息化的基础，为发展会计信息化事业，应该进行严格、合理的管理。
这里从我国会计软件的简单回顾开始，分析了我国软件对推动会计信息化事业的作用，针对我国会计软件管理的现状及发展方向，着眼于企业整体的信息化建设，通过对现状的思考，重点对会计软件管理的几个关键方向，进行了讨论。并提出会计软件在管理中存在了哪些问题和问题的解决办法，以及发展会计软件管理需要解决的几个矛盾，最后，提出加强会计软件管理的几点建议。
