本次设计完成了电机转速测量系统软硬件的设计。在硬件方面，除了单片机和光电传感器外，使用四个七段LED数码管来进行显示，同时还进行了信号调理电路、按键电路、报警电路和串口通信电路的设计。在软件方面采用C语言编程，完成了数码管显示模块、脉冲计数测速模块、报警电路模块和系统通信模块的程序设计，其主要涉及了单片机的定时和中断的使用。
