1."No pains no gains" means that if we don't work hard we won't have anything.For example ,the most outstanding poet,Li Bai,he didn't study hard until he know that study is useful and important.Then,he became famous and talented.On the other hand,if we don't study hard now,we can't find a job in the future ,even that we can't look after ourselves!
2.Now,most of the graduates are in style,so they need a lot of money and they find a job to make money as soon as possible.But it's not good for themselves.If the job is different from the specialty they studied in university,they can't show themselves to others better and better.So,be careful and bovine to found job if you are a graduate!
