对员工的持续培训是ERP成功实施的必不可少的一个环节。ERP是借用一种新的管理模式来改造原企业旧的管理模式,是先进的、行之有效的管理思想和方法。实施ERP并不仅仅是使用了系统而是意味着管理理念的改变,如果不进行培训,企业中的广大员工对如何应用ERP系统来解决企业问题缺乏全面的认识和了解,从而缺乏一种主人翁的精神和感情,这必然会影响ERP的实施效果,严重的会使巨大投资的系统无法发挥其大部分甚至是全部作用,造成巨大的浪费。并且,培训不仅仅是单纯的系统操作培训,而是从项目的实施开始到后期,相应的培训都是贯穿始终的,分阶段、分内容、分人员、分管理层次分别进行系统的培训。
