在这次研究中,通过与企业员工面谈、访问、相关网站搜索及书籍查阅等形式,深刻的研究分析了沃尔玛的主要营销策略,即选址策略、广告策略、服务策略、价格策略及竞争策略。同时,也发现了企业在商品定价、物流配送、本土化等方面呈现出的漏洞,对于这些需要改善的地方,本人经过查阅大量资料解决这些问题,希望能够对企业有所帮助。
