贵司的销售合同格式不太符合我司的要求,现附上一个版本,请按版本做一份.主要注明:(货品名,型号,数量,单价,总额,付款时间,走货方式,包装方式,原产地)

The contract form of your company does not meet our requirements. Therefore I'm sending you the contract form of our company for your reference. Please kindly re-make the contract on this form indicating goods description, style reference, quantity, unit price, total amount, payment time, shipping and packing methods, and manufacturer's origin, etc.
Further more, we do not accept payment by L/C at sight so please change it to L/C at 30 days' sight.

The format of your sales contract is not very qualified to our request. Now we attached a template and plz follow it.
