本文通过对中小企业人力资源管理模式的分析,阐述了中小企业在人力资源管理模式方面存在的问题,并探索建立了一种既符合先进的人力资源管理理念,又适合我国中小企业实践运作的人力资源管理5C模式,以增强企业人力资源管理的有效性,提升核心竞争力。最后,针对中小企业人力资源管理模式存在的问题,对影响中小企业人力资源管理的主要因素作了进一步探讨研究,并提出了相关的对策建议,以此来使我国的中小企业人力资源管理更加完善。

Abstract: With the global economy accelerating the process of integration, China's accession to the WTO, China's economy will be further to the world, international enterprises will move. In such circumstances, the main elements of the market, particularly human resources competition will be even more fierce. Enterprise management will be the focus of material resources management to human resource management, knowledge will become a key resources and talent, will be the basis of competition among enterprises. SMEs in the economic development an important force in China, however, SMEs in human resources management a number of problems have seriously affected their own survival and development. SMEs to rapidly grow and prosper, we must have a large number of high-quality personnel. Strengthening of human resources management, and improving human resources management level, the implementation of the talent-level strategy, and is related to the survival of key enterprises.
