短期目标:
我的1年短期目标是在TP的项目中稳步发展，能够把自己的工作经验以及所学的会计知识运用到工作中去。
1.立足现有会计岗位求发展。充分学习、全面掌握相关会计专业技能。
2.达到岗位技能要求,不断提升自身的岗位技能。目前做的项目是用的是SAP系统，短期内首先更深入地学习并运用其操作技能,以提高工作效率。
3.善于自我激励以按时达成工作目标；
4.英文的继续提高。具备良好的英语听、说技能和出色的英语写作能力。
5.乐于主动深入学习新的知识，具备良好的团队合作性。
长期目标：
1.对会计工作有兴趣，愿将财务事业作为长期发展方向。作为团队的一部分，我希望能够为公司做贡献，承担更多的责任。
2.获得 CPA 证书
3.熟练运用英文
4.学习管理类方面的知识，拓宽知识和技能，为下一步实现进入管理层目标准备。
