信息系统的安全是信息系统设计和开发中的一个重要组成部分。办公自动化系统是一种重要的信息系统，具有较高、较为特殊的安全性要求。对其进行研究具有重要的意义，其目的是为了解决企业信息系统的安全性问题。同时，作为研究的结果，也形成一种可行的安全模型，通过这种参考模型在具体生产系统中的应用，为企业信息系统的安全设计提供可借鉴的实例。论文从办公自动化系统建设的实际出发，对常用、成型的安全技术的原理和实现方法进行讨论;对系统的安全进行总体规划和详细设计，提出了一种对系统行之有效的安全构架。按照通用信息系统的体系结构将其安全防护分为网络层、系统层和应用层三层，并在每层采用了多种成熟的安全技术，在安全技术的选用上将传统的静态性安全技术和动态性安全技术有效结合。
在具体实施上，首先，在系统与外部的连接处设置三台服务器构筑的系统安全主体，一台负责连接和管理拔号访问服务器，仅允许拨号用户访问办公管理系统部分资源;一台负责连接hitemet，使机关用户能够访问互联网;该访问是单方向的;一台负责连接9个地州市和5个直属单位访问办公信息网的部分资源。其中和hitemet连接的服务器是一台安装有Linux操作系统的服务器，利用Linux的IP封装来实现VPN技术;拔号访问服务器和与hitemet连接的服务器加上两台过滤路由器组成了复合型防火墙。
其次，设置了专门的实时入侵检测服务器，在系统关键的主机和核心交换机上都设置了探测器，入侵检测技术的合理利用成为防火墙的有利补充。
最后，通过利用操作系统和数据库管理系统的安全机制如:LinuxShen安全
审计机制、Oracle数据库的安全管理以及将成熟的防病毒产品:santeeNortonforGateway防病毒网关和Norton防病毒软件等应用到系统中，以确保系统层和应用层的安全。
该构架从总体上实现了安全上的分层防护，整个安全构架层层相扣、紧密结合，并满足了系统的安全性要求。
该安全构架被应用到贵州省电信公司办公自动化系统中，效果较好，为企业信息系统的安全生产提供了可参考的模型。同时，在本文的最后给出了系统试运行的情况和结论，供以后借鉴。

The security of information system is an important component in the design and development of the system. Office automation system is an important information system, it demands a relatively high-level and special security requirement; it is of great significance to conduct studies on this subject. This thesis starts with the office automation system, discusses the principles and implementation of the commonly used and well established security technologies, and proposes a security structure which is effectively practical to the systems. It applies various well developed security technologies based on the architecture of the general information systems, and achieves an interlocking, multilayered and closely integrated security structure, which complies with the security requirements of the system.
