The Seller’s bank shall retain the “Full Ownership Clear Title” of these Goods sold until the goods are finally exchanged for electronic S.W.I.F.T. / T.T payment of clean / clear / non-criminal origin bank to bank verifiable transfer in United States Dollars, free and clear of any liens, taxes or encumbrances, as per the terms and conditions of this Sales And Purchase Contract.
Goods to be paid under type of L/C as mentioned under “Payment” above and actual transfer of funds to be
distributed simultaneously, as stated herein, with this distribution being detailed in and forming a legally binding condition of the L/C with the specified L/C amounts being paid directly from the Buyer’s bank to the Seller’s bank accounts as designated below.
