同时许多企业采取了消极对策,如辞职门事件,劳动关系改成劳务派遣关系等等。来维护企业本身的利益,目的在于设法降低劳动成本。新《劳动合同法》给企业带来的是利还是弊?笔者认为利益大于风险。成本的增加会成为企业的一种机遇。劳动力太便宜,忽视对员工的培养。长此以往,劳动者素质得不到提高,必将深远地影响到企业的竞争力。如果企业发展竞争不能一味依赖劳动力低成本优势,应想方设法进行技术创新、提高劳动生产率,在未来的竞争中占据主动。换个角度看,成本的增加会成为企业的一种机遇。《劳动合同法》将成为中国企业更新换代的助推器和加速器,为企业的发展做出了根本的保障。
