这是信用证合同的条款。
我自己先翻译了一下，大家帮忙看看有什么问题，其中我还提出了好多问题，请高人指点一下。不胜感激~~！！感激涕零~~！！
a.Buyers agree to pay Seller US$200,000.00 as deposit (the “Deposit”) by way of telegraph transmission on or before 5th March 2007. Buyers agree to pay Sellers further deposit with 10% of the Contract Value each in two working days upon receiving written notification from Sellers from time to time depending on market volatility as prescribed by MOPB棕榈油协会 April 2007 FOB daily price.
买方同意通过电汇形式在2007年3月5日当日或之前付给卖方US$200,000.00作为定金。买方同意在收到卖方的书面通知后两个工作日内再次付给卖方合同金额10%的定金，根据棕榈油协会2007年4月的FOB 每日价格中规定的市场浮动。
1.further deposit 的意思说付了定金后还要再付合同金额10%的定金吗？
2.from time to time 不是有时吗？放在这里也不通顺呀？
3.daily price有什么固定含义吗？每日价格？

first class并非一流，是指具有国际贸易资质的银行，一般都是国家的一级银行 chartered bank,而非任何基金或信托性质的金融机构
1。draft 指bill of exchange,是卖方向买方银行签署的要求付款的书面申请，5% tolerance是由darft上面价格来定的，draft价格100%与每船货commercial invoice价格相等
2.意思就是收到买方开出LC后，不是固定用法，只是买方开出LC并通过银行发给你需要一个过程，这里指你收到LC后
