At Capitaland Retail, we value our retailers as our partners. The CapitaLand Retail Biz+ Series, a pilot initiative in Singapore, reflects this philosophy as we provide our tenant partners with programs such as talks, conferences and events, that can help them add value to their businesses. These programs includes the Hot Shop Award that aims to recognise new and emerging retail concepts and to reward tenants who constantly put in great efforts to create the retail excitement, thus enhancing the shopping experience. We also organized a Visual Merchandising seminar titled the "Silent Selling" by Sue Anderson, a successful retail specialist in store development, who shared tips with tenants on the importance of store presentation and design in luring consumers to their stores. In addition, we also introduced the Retail Entrepreneurs Advertorial series in The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao that published success stories of our tenants.
