April 26th, 2008 was the 8th International Intellectual Property Day. The AAAA industry property rights department organized an activity called ‘The Intellectual Property Rights Contest’ to enhance employees’ awareness of intellectual property. BBB also enthusiastically responded to it by mobilizing all the employees to seriously study all the relevant knowledge of intellectual property as well as organizing a test, and the move scored a great success. During the course of learning, everybody had grasped the meaning of intellectual property, understood the differences between proprietary rights and trade secrets, and recognized the importance of corporate trademarks.
