目前我国已经初步建立了缺陷产品召回制度并且正在逐步扩大召回制度的适用范围，通过借鉴国外的先进经验来分析我国制度建设中存在的理论和实践中问题对我国经济发展、社会安全和政府改革有着重大意义。本文共分五章来对有关问题进行论述:第一章概括说明了缺陷产品制度在我国的重大意义、国内外在产品召回的概述。第二章介绍发达国家产品召回的现状和我国其他行业产品召回的现状。文章阐述了发达国家在召回方面的立法以及各个国家在召回上的特色、在我国其他行业召回中的问题。第三章是我国缺陷汽车在召回上的问题。文章阐述了目前我国汽车行业召回的现状以及在召回中所存在的问题，着重写了我国自主品牌汽车的召回，并从召回的会计处理和召回涉及到的保险问题分析我国汽车召回。第四章主要是对我国产品召回制度的法学分析，在本章主要是在法律层面上分析了我国缺陷产品召回制度，着重分析了责任归属的问题。第五章主要讲了对我国汽车产品召回的建议，本章主要从产品召回制度与我国现有产品责任法律体系的协调方面论述缺陷产品召回制度的立法依据、立法体例和基本原则，并从具体制度的层面上对召回对象、义务主体、归责原则、主管部门及职责、程序、时效和具体处理措施等方面进行安排。最后是本文的结语，该部分主要说明了我国缺陷产品汽车产品召回制度的完善主要依赖于理论的深入研究、政府行政职能的改革和社会主体法律意识的增强等因素。全文在写作过程中广泛地搜集资料，以及全面分析和总结资料，力求能够使对课题的分析建立在更加合理的基础之上，以期对我国缺陷汽车召回制度有关理论问题和实践问题研究有所帮助。
