摘要：注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一， 优点是可以一次成型形状复杂的塑件。冲纸双链条齿设计主要采用CAD/CAM技术对产品进行设计。说明书共分为两大块，分别是产品的设计与制造。前段部轮在机械行业运用广泛，所以需要大量的生产。本设计进行了普通冲纸双链条齿轮的注塑模设计，取材于成都金达来有限公司的PE30-17型冲纸双链条齿轮。
本分着重阐述了产品的设计方案，后半部分介绍了产品的制造工艺。设计初期，首先使用游标卡尺对零件的外形进行了测绘，并根据测绘结果使用PROE软件对零件进行产品的三维造型。然后确定了分型面、浇注系统等，选择了注射机，计算了成型零部件的尺寸，同时还进行了产品结构的工艺分析。本设计中采用的是针点浇口。利用直导柱导向，推杆顶料,限位拉杆完成脱模。此种设计的结构经反复验算和校核能证明了模具的工作运行平稳。简单的结构使得模具能够长时间稳定使用。最后对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。最后需要提出的是此次设计大量使用了计算机辅助设计/制造技术对产品进行设计和模拟仿真，在本次设计过程中使用到的CAD/CAM软件有AUTO/CAD、PROE、UG等。和传统的设计方法相比较，采用计算机辅助模具设计大大缩短了开发周期和生产成本。
