随着国民经济的高速增长，物流行业也迅速发展，在社会物流需求高速增长的同时，市场竞争日趋激烈。作为一个企业，如何在采购选择供应商的过程中识别潜在风险，科学有效的评价其风险因素以及帮助企业有效控制风险，从而提高经济效益，是一个亟待解决的问题。企业竞争力是国家竞争力的基础，传统企业间的竞争方式在今天已转变为供应链间的竞争。但目前无论是在全球供应链管理或企业物流管理上，多数仅偏重于各类企业运作成本之降低与资源最佳化配置、制造与物流耗时的缩短、策略联盟等方面，总而言之，着重考虑的是以企业利润的创造为核心，而对于供应链的风险控制却了解不多。而汽车制造业这个行业的风险控制问题也很少。随着经济的全球化和汽车市场环境的迅速变化，汽车行业的竞争日趋激烈，影响我国汽车行业供应商供货的风险因素更为复杂，汽车行业供应商供货体系也将面临着前所未有的变革与挑战，因此，解决汽车行业供应商供货体系中存在的风险问题，有效的将供货风险控制在一定的范围内，提升汽车企业对其供应商供货的抗风险能力也就显的尤为重要。本文在吸收国内外相关研究思路和研究成果的基础上，对汽车行业供应商供货的供货风险及其风险分析方法的研究及应用进行了探讨。
本文首先将阐述风险的定义，对风险的类型进行分析，介绍如何识别风险。并结合在采购，选择供应商的过程中，应采取什么措施尽量规避风险带来的损失。并联系具体的汽车制造业，讨论采购中的供应商风险问题。
