浅谈校园网络的建设与应用
网络正以前所未有的速度走进我们的学习、生活，并从思想观念、学习方式以及生活方式上给人类带来了深刻的变化。如何充分地利用国际互联网和校园局域网，探索新的教学模式，为教育教学改革服务是发挥校园网效益的重点。 充分发挥校园网的效益，必须首先改变传统的教学观念，树立网络时代的教学观和人才观。因此，我们在构建网络化教学环境的过程中，要充分认识校园网的功能和作用，创造性地开展网络教学研究活动。
1、确立以学生为主体的教学观。
适应信息时代的要求，未来人才的培养必须具有以下特征：第一，具有比较强的信息获取和选择的能力。第二，具有比较强的网络能力。第三，具有比较强的自我建构能力。包括意义的建构，新思想的建构，新知识的建构等等。要培养学生的上述能力，必须借助于网络的优势，使来自各个方面的不同的知识和信息非常集中和高频率地结合起来，才会给学生提供大量的信息和知识。
校园网作为高校信息服务的综合平台，在高校的教学、科研、办公越来越重要。面对不同层次的用户需要提供的校园网维护工作量大幅增加，为了在不增加人力资源的前提下更好地为用户提供满意的服务，本文主要描述建立一个校园网用户自助服务平台的方法。该平台具有网上注册功能，网络报修功能，网络应用FAQ功能，网上流量和余额查询功能，资料下载功能和通知通告功能。
系统采用B/S模式，前端开发工具为Dreamweaver，后台数据库管理系统为SQL Sever 2000，采用JSP技术。测试结果表明，系统界面友好、运行稳定。
