只要及时书面通知RBCD诉讼案；只要应RBCD的要求；只要RBCD应承担的费用、所有合理的补偿以及针对索赔的抗辩可以控制，则RBCD同意赔偿客户（客商）因此诉讼案所产生的费用及（/或）损失。
鄙人意见：
provided that ——连词词组，引导一并列的（条件）状语从句：
并列从句1——RBCD is notified promptly in writing of the suit；
并列从句2——and at RBCD's request ，省略“ the suit is ”；
并列从句3——and at their expense is given control of, and all reasonable assistance for, the defence of such claim，“and all reasonable assistance for, the defence of such claim”部分为倒装。
