1.10份已经签名的商业发票的复印件，商业发票复印件上要单独显示FOB（离岸价格）价、运费、保险费、CIF（到岸价格）价格和原产地。
2.装船后3天内，要将一整套不可转让的装运单据以空运的形式邮寄给（信用证）申请人（买方），信用证的受益人（卖方）需开立证明书保证如此行事。
3.卖方的证明书还应包括如下条款：卖方保证发票、（未记账的）提单的复印件在装船后3天内以传真形式发送到买方传真号为552-225的传真机。
4. 一收到严格符合信用证条款的装运单据，我们将根据你方指示向你方账户支付货款（扣除我方相关汇款费用，如果有的话）
5. 汇票和单据要通过快件邮寄给我们。
6. 这个指示不需确认即可生效，并且按照ICC(国际商会)1993年版UCP500执行。
